Because TurboTrader takes your privacy very seriously, we never store credit card details in our database. Payments for our membership services can be made online via the eWay Secure Payment Gateway. Credit card payments can also be made via telephone if preferred.


What information do we gather

TurboTrader uses a session cookie to track your stay on our website. The cookie does not gather any personal information from your computer. The cookie is necessary in order to use our site properly and to gather browsing statisics. If cookies are not turned on in your browser, you will not be able to log in to the live data interface. You will still be able to browse the public pages of our site.

TurboTrader requires you to enter account information for the purposes of contacting you at your request. This information will be available for you to view and modify under the "Account/Details" page. You will only ever be asked for account information when you sign up, or when using the secure payment section. Credit card information is only requested via a secure connection. No credit-card information will ever be stored on our servers.

We will never share or sell your personal information, including email addresses, to other companies for any reason, except as required by law. Online payment information will be sent to eWay via a secure connection in order to process your payment.

What choices are available to you regarding collection, use, and distribution of the information

In order to complete any membership, it is necessary for you to enter a minimum amount of information. The required fields of entry are always marked. All other fields are optional.


Login session dates and times are recorded and are available for your own viewing.


Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and cannot be retrieved or recovered from our database. Details of the last password change are recorded and are available for your own viewing. Members are encouraged to change their password on a regular basis.

Correct/Update Policy

TurboTrader offers you the ability to correct or change the information in your account at any time and as often as necessary. You can access and change your information from the "Account/Details" page once you are logged in.

Email address

If your account expires, your email address will be kept in our database for a period of 12 months from the expiry date. This is to prevent multiple sign-ups for Free-Trial accounts. Your email address will be removed from our system after 12 months of inactivity.

Delete/Deactivate Policy

If you would like your information to be deleted or deactivated from our site, please contact us.

What if our policies change

Should the need to change any of the above stated policies arise, the new policy will be posted here. Any new policy will be posted a full 30 days before its enactment.
